Flawless experience from the whole team from the first moment I contacted Jen to when I picked up my completed trailer. Had a broken leaf spring and bent axel on my pop up travel trailer. Kris took a look and they were able to replace my axel and suspension with heavier duty options. We also swapped my leaf springs to the top side of the axel and replaced my 6 year old tires with some a bit bigger to gain more clearance. All this with just a few days turn around at a reasonable price.If all that wasn't enough Jen and Jeff entertained my 4 year old in the office so I could speak with Kris with ease and as a bonus there are two shop dogs too. 🐕 🐕If I could I would give them 6 stars.
Jeff saved my vacation. The axel on my boat trailer was badly overheating (and I had just had the bearings repacked at a shop back home). A quick google search turned up Trailerman as being close by. I called and Jeff said he could fix it right away.I pulled up, his crew got to work, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, and I was back in the road in 15min. And while his crew was working, Jeff took the time to tell me what the previous shop did wrong and how to spot a bad repair job myself in the future.Trailerman isn't near me, but I'm definitely going back for any future maintenance. Jeff and his crew know what they're doing and were both generous and honest with with me. If I could give Trailerman 6 stars, I would.
Absolutely amazing experience, as usual! I needed a replacement lens for an amber light on my boat trailer and Trailerman staff immediately searched and found what I needed, and went to great lengths in their showroom to not only get me the particular light I needed, but also an extra one that included the unique base that might be needed also. And free of charge!!! Super friendly, super helpful, relaxed, and down to earth people who are also incredibly knowledgeable, capable and actually want to help you with your trailer ownership needs. They're my go-to and I can't commend or recommend them highly enough!
Chris and the team were so quick to respond to my situation, they were closing and still they said to come in. And guess what, they went right at it with my trailer.As a local Google reviewer, this was a god send from these guys and they were happy to help, great service and great team. I can't stress enough how great this was. I'm bringing the trailer back for a full tire change and tune up and now a long term client based on this experience.
