This bearing fits standard 5200lbs axles with spindle #42 (outer bearing) and 4400lbs axles (outer bearing)

Matching Grease cap (sold seperatly): Standard cap part # 45896 or Easy lube cap part # 21-42-1 and corresponding rubber plug part # 85-1
